नहीं। Every customer record is encrypted on your phone with a key derived from your password. Your password never leaves the device — we have no way to read your records. The only things our servers see are your phone number (for OTP login) and your licence status.

Open the loan detail for an overdue pledge → tap Demand Notice → the app generates a formal notice pre-filled with the customer's name, pledge number, and outstanding amount → tap Share → choose WhatsApp. The customer receives a PDF notice instantly. No drafting, no typing.

Google Drive backup चालू हो तो — नए फोन पर app install करें, उसी नंबर से login करें, latest backup restore करें, और अपना password type करें। सारे records वापस। Without backup enabled, the data on the lost phone is gone — encryption protects it, but it cannot be recovered from our servers.
