Refund & cancellation policy

We want you to be confident before you pay. That's why we offer a 7-day free trial that unlocks every feature. If, despite the trial, you still aren't satisfied after paying, this is how refunds work.

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment for any reason. No questions asked. To claim:

  • Email naveenkumawat756@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund request"
  • Include your registered mobile number and the Razorpay Payment ID from the receipt SMS / email
  • We will process the refund within 3 working days of receiving the request. The amount reflects in your card / UPI within 5–7 working days after we initiate it, depending on your bank / PSP.

2. After the 7-day window

Refunds are not available after 7 days from the date of payment, except in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment — if you were charged twice for the same subscription period, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
  • Service outage — if the Service was unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to a failure on our side (not your internet, your device, or third-party services), we will extend your licence by an equivalent number of days, or (your choice) refund a pro-rata amount.
  • Wrongful charge — if you were charged but no licence was issued, we will either issue the licence or refund the payment.

3. Cancellation

Your subscription does not auto-renew, so there is nothing to "cancel" once your year is up — it simply ends. You can stop using the Service at any time. Inside the app, menu → "Sign out" terminates your session immediately.

To delete your account and have your server-side records removed (subject to tax-retention requirements), email naveenkumawat756@gmail.com — we will action it within 30 days.

4. Non-refundable items

  • The free trial — there is nothing to refund.
  • Renewals paid more than 7 days ago (subject to the exceptions in section 2).
  • Goodwill credits or promotional discounts redeemed via coupons.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued via Razorpay back to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot refund to a different card, bank, or UPI ID. The exact time to reflect varies by issuing bank — Razorpay publishes typical timelines at razorpay.com/docs/payments/refunds.

6. Disputes

If you believe a refund request was incorrectly denied, reply to the original email thread and we will review again. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing-law and jurisdiction clauses in our Terms of service.
